I no longer give partial refunds for shipping damage as I have had several customers request partial credit claiming shipping damage who have then provided me with photos of another item, not the one I sold. You must return the item to me for refund. Do not demand a refund without returning the item. This goes against Ebay policy and I will report you. If I send you the wrong item by mistake please let me know. You should let me know and return the item. I will pay for return shipping as long the item shipped the same method as I shipped the item and the item is received in the same condition as I sent it. Once I receive the item back, I will give you a full refund or send you the correct item. If you bid on an item by mistake I can cancel the bid. If you should change your mind or were not clear on what you bid on I will cancel bid if you let me know before the end of the auction. Should you change your mind after receiving an item I've no problem with you returning it. I want everyone who purchases from me to be a happy.
