It measures 9" tall not including the fringe, and 9" wide. The perfect Downton Abbey accessory. Excellent condition. It is probably 1910-1920s era. It has beaded fringe on the drawstrings and the bottom as well.Interestingly, the beads are worth of rough cut, they seem like garnets to me. But I am sure they aren't!
