Ferrule fit is great at both ferrule to ferrule and ferrule to cane. No issues with any wraps or guides and no blemishes to the varnish at all that I’m able to see. Mild soiling to the grip but feels great in hand no ridging of any sort. Blued downlocking hardware works as intended with a mortised ( Spanish cedar ? ) wood spacer. Tips marked 1 & 2 by tipping wrap at the tip tips. Serial # 1246 inscribed on both tips and butt section.
