Description: Excelsior Tuba Antique William Frank..... I believe that this is an old William Frank tuba that was found in New Jersey it is old and has dings and patina and probably other issues. It does not have a mouthpiece but both of the keys move freely. It is being sold for parts since I cannot tell you what is wrong with it or what repairs may or may not be needed. It is being sold strictly as found with no warranty. I tried to locate a serial number unfortunately I do not see one. The diameter of the bell is 15". From the top of the bell to the very bottom is 31". No shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.Thanks for looking
