Description: This is an EXCEPTIONALLY well-preserved example of a very common doll....mold 341 "Dream Baby" by Armand Marseille, c. 1920....excellent, original, clean condition.....no rubs on head....perfect celluloid hands with all fingers intact....pale blue glass sleep eyes have original eyelid wax....minor, expected toning of body from age and storage....as is usually the case, original crier no longer works and has left a circular stain on the muslin torso....I already removed the head from body and stuffed it with cotton balls for shipping purposes....you will have to reattach the head upon arrival....please study all photos, feel free to ask questions, and be sure to check out my other interesting antique auctions!
