Description: Maker: This lovely hand-painted cream and sugar set has the green underglaze white ware mark number 12 (1894-1931) of Haviland, one of the great Limoges firms at the turn of the last century. Design: The pale pink matte finish set is finely hand painted with bold apple blossoms and highlighted with opulent gold handles. It's on Haviland's beautiful Ranson blank. Condition: Despite its age and fragile material, the set is in overall excellent condition with no marks, nicks, chips, scratches, stains, repairs, crazing, discoloration or significant wear. There is an old hairline crack in the creamer - it's shown in the photos with the red arrow. Although the set has been lightly washed, it would benefit from a more through cleaning. Size: The sugar bowl is 3 3/4 inches wide at the opening and 3 3/4 inches tall. The creamer is 3 3/4 inches tall and 2 1/4 inches wide. The set weighs 14.9 ounces. Please check all the photos very carefully – they are an important part of the description.
