Description: Genuine Faberge Coronation Egg (incomplete) This egg is genuine Faberge produced under the Unilever ownership of the trademark name 1989-2007. It is incomplete as it was never finished. It is missing the stand, velvet linings, coach “surprise “ , box, and paperwork. I believe the reason it was left incomplete is that one of the diamond shaped areas did not have the cold applied yellow enamel applied over the high karat gold plating for some reason. The production numbers on the top and base were put on at the factory, not by me. I got this and many more Faberge items when I purchased a box on eBay from a lady who had purchased it from a warehouse in RI. This would be a fantastic addition to a collection of this era Faberge to show how one of your treasured pieces was made.
