This beautiful Walnut Victorian Cheval Mirror weighs approximately 120 pounds and measures 73” in total height, 49 ½” in total width, and 19” in total depth. The frame of the mirror measures 65” in height, 35” in width, and 2 ¾” in depth. The dimensions of the Mirror (glass portion only) are 59 ¼” in height and 29 ¼” in width. Please note that the mirror frame is very heavy and should be removed from the base for transport. This Walnut Victorian Cheval Mirror is absolutely lovely! The substantial framed mirror is constructed of beautiful solid walnut and the geometric shape of the frame perfectly showcases the mirror glass. The mirror glass appears to be original and is in great shape with some areas of silver loss as would be expected for a piece of this age. This substantial framed mirror is beautifully attached to a swinging support base with handsome turned walnut screw-in posts. The Swinging Support Base for the lovely substantial framed mirror is also constructed of solid walnut and has elegant turned side posts. You will also notice the swinging arm brass candle holders on each of the elegant turned side posts. Finally, these elegant turned side posts culminate into a dimensional stretcher bottom that is fitted with brass castors on the bottom for ease of movement.
