Made in Japan Hybrid II is a series that is worthy of being called a "hybrid" as it retains its vintage look while incorporating modern specs that are versatile enough to suit any player or genre of music. The Hybrid II Telecaster is equipped with a newly designed Hybrid II Custom Voiced Single Coil pickup on the well-established alder body, and a vintage-style slanted brass saddle bridge. Vintage locking tuners, a satin-finish neck, a Modern "C" shape, a 9.5"-radius fingerboard, and narrow-tall frets provide smooth playability. A hybrid Telecaster finished in Jasper Olive, which was used in the Modern Series, combined with a black 3-ply pickguard.
