Description: Up for bid is an antique passementerie tassel in the shape of a curled leaf, possibly repurposed as a Christmas ornament. The piece is 9 inches long, including a 2 3/4 inch hanging loop, by 2 1/2 inches wide. The sides appear to be old fabric decorated with wire-wrapped thread and glass stones. The silver thread tassel is 3 inches long. Condition on the piece is fairly good. It is opening up a little on the edges as shown. It has darkened with age, and there is minor damage to the fabric. A neat old tassel.
