With Standard Post or Express Post, If no one is available to accept the parcel when signature on delivery is not chosen, Australia Post will opt to leave your parcel in a "safe place" if the driver deems this appropriate. If no safe place is identified, they will take the parcel back to your local post office for collection. With Signature on Delivery, if no one is home, the driver will take the parcel back to the post office for collection, where ID and signature is required to collect. RETURNS We accept returns up to 30 days after date of purchase, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in new saleable condition.
