The end of the motor winding trunnion broke off (pic 2). a new wood screw is in place of a set screw(pic 3). One governor spring is broken(pic 5,6) , the other 2 are very stretched, all need to be replaced. I manually wind it up a bit, by turning the spindle counter clock wise.
