Matisse" by master artist Henri Matisse, published in 1947 by Mourlot, Paris. The lithograph is signed in the image/plate on the lower right as well as the lower left. Edited and published by Nice Tourism Information Office and the Mediterranean Union for Modern Art. Image Size: 22.25” x 29.5” Full Sheet size: 24.25” x 39.5” (not a later smaller reproduction) this was produced and published with Matisse’s approval during his lifetime. This particular work is in very good condition with fresh colors and full margins. Henri Matisse (1869 - 1954) The french born artist is known for both his sense of color and his fluid aesthetic.
