It is also direct to rust. It can also be used as a tie-coat for inorganic zinc rich coatings. It also protects the metal without top-coating for very long periods of time. Sands easy if needed.Meets SSPC-Paint 42, MPl#108 and #120.Uses: Bridges, ships,offshore marine, lighthouses,chemical plants,railcars, orunderwater as a primer for Tamco underwater topcoats.Mixing:HP 770 Series Mix Ratio is 1 :1 with HP 770 Series-C Hardener. Then clean with appropriate Tamco's HR397 Cleaner. Sand with 120-180 grit sandpaper or higher for desired smoothness.. Re-clean as needed with HR-398 Final wipe.
