Description: Perfect for fairs, reenactment/historical costumes, or theater. For consideration is a handmade, medium-weight woven flannel, 100% cotton, elastic draw waist skirt. The plaid is not stamped on the fabric, it is woven. The waist elastic ties at the back center seam, just tie to your size & comfort. The waist band is top stitched for a clean finish. The plaid is navy blue, light blue, & white. Inside seam is pinked & the bottom hem is just the fabric selvage edge. Ready for wear or hemming but cannot be made longer. Let me know if you need it machine hemmed at no cost. Shown on a small body form over a crinoline which is NOT included in this sale. A lot of fullness so it can be worn over a hoop (as shown in some pics but not included in this sale). Plaid is matched at the seam. Can adjust to fit regular or plus sizes.
