Description: Cocked spine. Shaken spine. Boards and spine are soiled, stained, scuffed. Heavy bumps and chipping to head, toe, corners, with loss. Separation along front and back joints. Heavy tanning, soiling, scuffing to edges. Tanning, shadowing, foxing to pastedowns, flyleaves. Previous owner’s name in pencil on front flyleaf. Frontispiece is completely detached from binding and exhibits heavy foxing. Heavy shadowing and foxing to frontispiece protective sheet. Protective sheet and title page have folded corners. Pages are tanned with sporadic foxing, soiling, staining. I didn’t notice any other defects to the interior pages. Please see photos for more details.
