The title page is missing, but I have supplied a facsimile copy of it along the the back side, which contains the preface. The contents page has a piece missing along the top edge, and it also has a tear in it has been repaired with transparent tape. The front hinge is cracked. A previous owner's name is inside the front. Some stains, smudges and/or creases to a few pages.
