One of the throttle linkages is bent slightly where the linkage to the pedal mounts, it should be straightened but works correctly as is. Throttle linkages operate and return smooth. Missing the choke parts, has not been milled (obviously). Meter plates 7047 and 7049. Light surface rust on throttle plates and shafts.
