Description: Here is a 32-Bit PCI SCSI host adapter from 1997 which supports up to seven SCSI-2 devices. I also include a terminated 24-inch internal SCSI ribbon cable with connectors for two SCSI devices. It can be used for scanners, printers, optical and other removable drives in a PC or server with a standard 32-bit PCI or a 64-bit PCI-X expansion slot. This controller was designed by market leader Adaptec. It includes a single 50-pin internal connector and one external high density 50-pin connector. Termination and other configuration can be changed from a setup utility in the BIOS, accessible by pressing CTRL-A when prompted. There are no jumper settings I pulled this card from a HP Vectra Pentium Pro desktop where I saw it working. HP's part number is 5064-1823. The SCSI host adapter and terminated cable you will receive is pictured here. I have seen it working in a Pentium Pro HP Vectra. I do not include any software.
