It’s all Preowned and may be missing some parts or pieces, like I know the desk is missing the top of it. The dance studio cabinet has some dings and wear and tear on the outside, and the bed frame is the same with a little wear, and a warp that doesn’t allow the bed frame to quite sit flat. Everything in the pictures is what you get with the collection. Most of the clothes and smaller items are in great shape. The shipping will be high, mostly because of the dance studio cabinet and pasty carts size and weight, if you want to leave those items out and reduce the shipping price just msg me and let me know, and I can also.take off some $ from the price for removing those from the lot for shipping purposes.
