It is in new condition with no flea bites, scuffs, or damaged paint and is in a non-smoking environment. I practice safe shipping as these shoes are soooo fragile. The shoe pictured in my listing is the actual shoe you will be purchasing and not just a display so please look closely at pictures as I want you to know exactly what you are buying.
