Description: This is a monster little bass. The deluxe model from the arly 60's. Hollow flamed maple body, original speed bump pickup, very rare original Waverly Waffle back tuners still hold tune perfectly. Original wooden saddle and bridge, I do not have the bridge cover. The pots have been replaced, but I will ship with the originals included, the pickguard disintegrated of course, the replacement is spot on, I have another pickguard that is more red in color that will be included as well.The knobs are reissues. This bass is very light at just over 6lbs, the frets are fantastic, brazillian board is beautiful and the bass plays great, this is a gig worthy bass as it sits. So, a very rare and playable vintage bass, it is 60 plus years old, so there are dings and wear. There is no case but it will ship in a bag and will be packed well enough for a trip to the moon.Lower 48 only, or eBay global shipping program.
