Included in this email you/the buyer must include transaction information and for damaged items a detailed description of damages incurred and clear pictures of items including packaging. Once this process is complete and claim has been filed with third-party shipper, final resolution will begin. If item can be replaced, then a replacement will be issued and shipped with in a reasonable time from final resolution.
