The shaft is in pretty good condition with normal bag wear in the form of nicks, scuffs, scrapes, scrape marks, wear on the adapter, and scratches. The grip is a nice, but a little dirty, black/white Taylormade Golf Pride Tour Velvet grip. The shaft measures just about 44 11/16" inches which means it should play just about 45.75" inches in your Taylormade driver head.
