The set includes two decoys with one stand, and the color of the decoys is black and albino. No assembly is required, and the decoys are ready to use. THE BLACK DECOY HAS A WIRE INSIDE AND A SMALL HOLE IN THE SEAM BENEATH THE OPENING WITH THE WIRE. THE TAB ON TOP HAS BEEN TAPED WITH BLACK TAPE BUT THERE IS NO HOLE. THE ALBINO DECOY IS IN VERY GOOD PRE-OWNED CONDITION BUT NEED CLEANING. IT IS NOT AS WHITE AS THE PIC PORTRAY. BOTH MEASURE ROUGHLY 27" THESE HAVE BEEN WELL USED BUT STILL HAS LOTS OF USE LEFT.
