Description: This is a set of three original Life magazines from 1963 and 1964 on the Kennedy assassination. These were saved by my grandparents and have been carefully stored for over 50 years. There are no mailing labels and the corners and edges look quite good to me though I am not a collector and do not really know the specifics of how such things are graded. The Oswald addition has the original kind of “half leaf” on the cover as shown in one of the photos. There are many cool ads in the two which seem to be regular issues (i.e. Kennedy November 29, 1963 and Oswald February 21, 1964). The third item is the special memorial edition and contains no ads but is entirely filled with photos and stories about the assassination and the aftermath. (Please ignore “Month: July” in the details. When creating this listing I used eBay’s “similar items” function. The magazine it used to model my listing after was July so it put it in there but gave me no way to remove. The dates for these are as described above and shown in the photos.)
