Description: This lot of four vintage Tom Swift kids books are in good condition. 1. "Tom Swift and His Sky Train" - 1931 - Has original dust jacket still. Just jacket has chips and some tears and is frail but all in all is in very good condition for almost 100 years. Binding is tight on the book with no loose or missing pages. No gutter cracks. Inscription written on first page. Brown boards of the book are clean. Corners are not bumped. No bent pages. Pages have yellowed with time. 2. "Tom Swift and His Jetmarine" - 1954 - Has original dust jacket. Jacket has a tear on the bottom left by spine and some small tears on top of spine. Binding is tight with no loose or missing pages. No bent pages. Paper is still very crisp and bright. Boards of the book are very good with no bumped corners. No gutter cracks. Book does have an inscription from Christmas 1960 written inside. 3. "The New Tom Swift Jr. Adventures: Tom Swift in the Caves of Nuclear Fire" - 1956 - Later Grosset & Dunlap publication with classic yellow spine like old Nancy Drew books. Binding is tight with no loose or missing pages. No bumped corners. No bent pages. Pages are clean with no writing or marks. Child's name is written on inside in red. Some pencil marks have checked off books listed on the back cover. Inside first page has some wear alone the edge. See photos. 4. "The New Tom Swift Jr. Adventures: Tom Swift and His Flying Lab" - 1954 - Later Grosset & Dunlap publication with classic yellow spine like old Nancy Drew books.
