I usually have no real knowledge of its history, but I do my best to Visually Inspect and test items to find and identify any issues reported in the listing. I really don't want anything to be returned (but accept them) and will only pay for return postage if I misstated something like it works and it doesn't, not just because you changed your mind or it didn't fix your problem. If this is the case then it's only fair that you pay the shipping both ways and I am only out time not any money for you to try it.
