LOVELY Tove Norlander Designer Sterling Silver & Prehnite One Of A Kind Ring

Description: Wonderful Tove Norlander hand-crafted ornate sterling silver and prehnite one of a kind ring, size 6 1/2, adjustable. This unique ring is nearly 1” long and weighs 12.4 grams. It features a translucent green prehnite cabochon that is 17 mm by 13 mm in size. It is beautifully set in a highly polished free-form setting by Tove Norlander, a jeweler of Scandinavian descent who is known for his beautifully crafted, comfortable, unique, one of a kind jewelry. I acquired several of his rings from a collector. This ring is in very good pre-owned condition with no damage other than, perhaps, very minor surface wear. It is VERY comfortable and is equally striking worn on the hand of a man or a woman. It is currently a size 6 1/2, but is open on one side, so can be adjusted down by a bit to, perhaps, a size 6 and can be adjusted to a larger size by several sizes, I believe. The prehnite is a lovely stone in a particularly pleasing shade of translucent green. This stone has natural inclusions, but no chips or cracks. It moves VERY slightly in the setting, but is absolutely secure. I waited several months to list this interesting ring as I thought that I might keep it. It is extremely comfortable and very well made. It is hand signed by the artisan, “Tove” and “Sterling” and it has been professionally tested as sterling silver.
