A few of the page edge scratches or scrapes appear as tiny edge chips or tears when opened to the pages. A couple of small edge tears with the flaps folded back. A few tiny corner folds. The spine top edge has a split of about 1/8". The spine upper back corner has a split of about 1/16" with fraying. The spine lower edge has a split of about 1/16". The spine lower back corner has a split of about 1/8" with fraying. A few age spots within pages. Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact.
