This sleeve will fit the Glock 26/27 Gen 4, and 5 pistols when using the Glock 19/23 Gen3, 4, or 5 magazines. This sleeve will fit the Glock 26/27 Gen3 pistol when using the Glock 19/23 Gen3, 4, or 5 magazines. This Sleeve will fit ONLY the Glock 19/23 newer Gen3, 4, and 5 magazines with two identical notches on both sides of the magazine, and will not fit the older magazines with one notch or two unidentical notches, as shown above. The Glock 26/27 Gen4, and Gen5 pistols come with backstraps like the ones shown in pictures. If you are using a backstrap with your pistol, please select the size accordingly: Select size M if you are using a backstrap size M, and size L if you are using a backstrap size L. (you can check out your backstrap size from its backside as shown in pictures). Select No Backstrap if you are not using any backstrap with your Gen4/Gen5 pistol. If you have a Glock 26/27 Gen3 pistol, select Gen3 from the drop-down menu. No screws needed, thanks to the special design and tight fitting.
