Wiley is a well-listed artist originally from Dallas who dabbled in surrealism, but also was well-known for her small impressionist landscapes, just like the one for sale here. The painting is signed at lower left and includes her business card. I would estimate this dates to the 1950s or 1960s. It comes framed in a dark wood midcentury style frame. Condition: The painting is in excellent condition. Frame has a few minor nicks, but in very good condition. Measurements: Painting measures 12 inches high x 6.5 inches wide.
