Frank Mastromauro signed this for me at the Long Beach Comic Convention in California on 09/03/22 and Beth Sotelo signed this for me at Ontario Comic Revolution Convention 05/18/24. In my NON-professional opinion, I would put this book in the NM+ range, an excellent condition copy. But do check the pics for yourself, because your opinion is the only one that matters.
