Description: Miniature War Elephant Howdah and Crew Mahout Painted. Allow me to say, I know nothing about this item. I have been unable to identify the maker. The pieces appear to be metal attached to painted wood base. There are two soldiers in the howdah, they measure approximately 19mm. The driver (Mahout) is approximately 15mm. The elephant to the top of the box measures 39mm (not including base. I thought the paint was in good condition, although, I'm not an expert.
