The condom length should be slightly longer than penis length to ensure you get full coverage.Option 2: Measure with a ruler. You’ll need a strip of paper & a ruler. Wrap the strip of paper around the widest part of your erection, and mark where it overlaps. Measure that length on the paper with a ruler to get your girth measurement (inches), and match that up to one of the width options on this page; see measurements below for sizing.
