All parts are included, including installation booklet. Why am I selling? I was so excited for this stem to go with my Shimano pro carbon bars. However, once I went to install it, I learned that the stem for my Colnago C64 is proprietary to the frame, and the PRO carbon stem will not work with my frame. The short 80 MM length is perfect for people who have long legs and a proportionately short torso. It is extremely light and a super slick looking stem, especially when paired with the Shimano PRO Carbon bars. Just make sure your bike frame does not have any proprietary stem requirements before purchasing(I.e. High end Colnago, Bianchi).
