Shipped in the USA via USPS mail. International shipping via Ebay's Global Shipping Program sold as-is with no returns for any reason NOTE the USPS is eliminating first class packages and moving to a new pricing schedule in July. We have therefore removed first class as a choice of shipment options and replaced it with parcel select ground, which unfortunately, will be more expensive.
