During the descale and vetting process I noticed that the brew basket intermittently did not drain right into the carafe and had a tendency to miss the carafe with liquid running over the sides. In my observation this was more of an issue with the "brew basket" getting jammed, and not a carafe issue per se. So, other than that the machine works as designed. As aforementioned, it has been run through the "clean" descaling process and vetted for issues. Shipping: If applicable; please be sure to review the various shipping options to check for the best combo of pricing / delivery time to suit your desires. I reserve the right to choose the optimal means of transport as long as the item will safely arrive to you in the stated time. I.e. - you may pay for FedEx, and I may instead use UPS or USPS flat rate should it seem a prudent choice situationally.
