From what I could find, these have never once entered the English or Japanese markets. I purchased these as part of a large lot of 64Dream magazines from a collector in Japan, they claimed they remembered winning them back at the time. The exact details for how they were obtained is unfortunately lost to time, but I could confirm they were not simply appendix items.
