Note that it is dirty and does show shelf wear/etc. The storage conditions it has had few the years were not the best. So, it is technically NOS, but NOTE THE CONDITION SHOWN IN THE PICS. Not sure how well it will clean up. Also not sure what this fits. For that reason it is sold as shown only with NO RETURNS.Use the part number to make sure this will fit your application before purchasing. Keep in mind this has sat in storage for years as you can see, so they could use some cleaning.
