This pen kit was made from a very unique (and as always one of a kind) rare, beautiful, natural product as well as difficult to turn yet worth every bit of the effort. The blank for this pen is made from REAL RATTLESNAKE SKIN that has been carefully tanned and then wrapped around the tube. It is then cast in crystal clear resin. This is a natural product, with each blank supporting a totally unique pattern. When finished and polished these simply wondrous pen blanks however are very similar to an acrylic, and will not only last the life of the pen but will give you many years of both beauty, a wonderful look and solid performance with no problems what so ever. This particular pen is a Ballpoint Pen and has the advantage of being a perfect size pen regardless of your hand size, is very comfortable to hold and is a perfect weight. The primary difference in this BRAND NEW DESIGNED Nouveau Sceptre Ballpoint pen is that it has the advantage of being a perfectly sized pen and due to its unique design it is very light and comfortable to hold. The bottom, or writing end, of the pen is about ½" in diameter at the thickest, yet only about ¼" in diameter where your fingers grip the pen to write. This newly designed pen will accept a "Parker" style refill and comes with a ceramic ballpoint refill, but can also easily accept a Parker style roller or gel style refill.
