Description: 100g - Broccoli Sprouts/Microgreen seed mix - Certified Organic - (about 2 months worth at 1 jar a week). Full growing instructions plus a growing calendar included. Contains:Broccoli (30% or more of this mix) - Broccoli Raab - Alfalfa - Red and Crimson Clover - Rocket/Arugula - Garden Cress - Oriental Mustard - Triton Radish (Purple Daikon) - Purple Kohlrabi - Purple Cabbage - Black Beluga Lentil. Put 1 tbsp of seeds in a 1 litre/quart or 650ml jar (2 tbsp for a very tightly packed litre/quart jar), attach screened lid. Rinse in fresh cool water then soak for 1-3 hours in enough water to account for swelling. Drain, then rinse and drain thoroughly twice a day. Ready in 5 or 6 days. Can also be used for mixed microgreens.
