Description: This cold sore salve is made with wild organic Rose Hips (Rosa canina) wild organic lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), USDA organic licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), and wild organic horsetail (Equisetum arvense). They are combined with a generous dose of Manuka honey, USDA organic extra-virgin olive oil, avocado oil, and pure beeswax from a local farmer, with a little USDA organic vitamin E oil as a preservative, and small amount of USDA organic clove essential oil. The Manuka honey is non-GMO, MGO 50+, raw, wild, multiflora. The licorice, Manuka honey, and essential oil were purchased from a respected online site. The wild plants were harvested from herbicide and pesticide-free, unspoiled private land in NY State's beautiful Finger Lakes region where the air is clean, and the water is pure. For topical use only. Comes with an information sheet explaining how each of these herbs works to fight cold sores. Sold in 1-ounce or 2-ounce tins. Salves can melt in transit in excessively hot weather. Take care when opening. If you suspect it has melted just let it sit upright on the counter for a couple of hours and then refrigerate until solid.
