Description: Matched Pair of antique Victorian hall tree thru-bolt hat and/or coat hooks. They are used and have been painted with what looks like that antique white color. It is chipping off to reveal the dark cast iron color. There looks to be maybe an elephant face profile - or possibly a gargoyle profile - I cannot tell. They are ornate and detailed.
