Description: This pair of 100+ year old calendar medals includes an 1855 Ohio state commemorative in brass and a 1912 Woodrow Wilson in aluminum. Both are in circulated condition and both spin freely. The Ohio calendar medal has a diameter of 1 7/16 inches. There is some light verdigris and some carbon build-up (worse on spin side) in some areas. It has great detail, especially on the agricultural scene side. On this side there are also a few scratches in the top left field. Very attractive for age! The Woodrow Wilson calendar medal has a diameter of 1 13/16 inches. It looks to have very little wear on either side. A few scattered marks and a little build-up is noted on the portrait side. Some build-up around the periphery on the spinning side account for the most noticeable imperfections. An attractive lightly circulated (and very lightweight) medal! Here are two quite desirable calendar medals with both a State and a former President being represented. Both are protected within the holders they were in when I purchased them, the Ohio in a stapled cardboard viewer and the Wilson in a large style clear flip. Shipping will be $5 for USPS Ground Advantage.
