Description: Three Pflueger Medalist fly fishing reels. Models 1494, 1494 1/2, 1495 1/2 and one 1494 spool. These were probably made sometime in the 70's and they have definitely been fished but they are the classic old Pflueger Medalist, well taken care of and as tough and solid as they come. There has definitely been fly reel improvement over the past 50 years but for the collector or someone that just loves the old Pflueger, this is a great deal. I grew up fishing these reels for trout in Northern Idaho and Western Montana and they have survived the test of time and landed a lot of fat trout!
