To create an optimum environment for them to grow, you will need to provide high humidity and bright, indirect light. Due to its stunning variegation this Philodendron requires an abundance of indirect light to maintain it. If you notice browning on the white parts of the leaves it needs more light to photosynthesis. Lower amount of lights will likely cause the variegation to fade and could result in the plant dying.
