Description: Portulaca molokeniensis A cute plant notable for being one of the few native Hawaiian succulents. The plants start out herbaceous but form a semi-woody stem in time and branch. Leaves are truncated or rounded and clasp the stem. They often arrange themselves in vertical rows that give a unique look to the plant. They produce bright yellow flowers at the end of a long stem. Easy to grow. Give normal succulent care. Doesn't like to be overly dry during the growing season. Is more shade tolerant than most succulents (though it still needs good light especially to have the best yellow color). Being from Hawaii it does like a bit of warmth in the winter, though it isn't super sensitive to cool temperatures. You will receive a plant shown in the last image. They are shown growing in 6" pots. Important Shipping Information PLANTS ARE SHIPPED BARE ROOT If you want me to send them in pots send me a message to discuss. Extra charges due to increased shipping costs will apply. Immediate Payment (eBay only) Sorry! I can no longer offer a delayed purchase option as the multichannel inventory management system I have started using requires this setting. No Delayed Shipping (eBay only) Once you pay I have to (and WILL) ship within 3 business days or eBay will lower my seller rating. I used to have a way to delay shipping but can no longer do this for the same reason as #2 above. Feel free to message me before buying to see if we can figure something out here, no promises though. Winter Shipping If you live in a cold climate consider including a 96 hour heat pack in your order during the cold months. I have them as a listing. Just add it to your order. If you don’t see them just message me. Thank you!
