Description: Beautifull 4/4 antique violin. It is unbranded. I do not know the maker or provenance of the violin, but it is most likely a German or French copy of Stradivarius from the late 1800s. The workmanship is excellent throughout. It is fully lined and blocked. The violin has been fully restored professionally. There are some hard to see old repairs on the top deck and the peg box. The button has been crowned with ebony. All repairs are completely solid. The violin is structurally sound and in great ready to play condition. The sound is rich and with excellent projection. Dimensions are: overall 23", body 14" and width 8". The listing is only for the violin; no case or bow. Returns accepted; buyer pays return shipping.
