Description: Self-titled LP from Greenslade released by Warner Bros. Records (BS 2698) in 1973. Original U.S. pressing of debut album by this superb British progressive rock group formed by ex-Colosseum keyboardist David Greenslade and bassist Tony Reeves. The band featured two keyboardist with a focus on extended and intricate instrumental arrangements with minimal vocals. Plenty of complexity, symphonic moments and some excellent Mellotron passages for all you tron fans. Gatefold cover features classic artwork by Roger Dean. Plays with some surface noise and stray tics mostly noticed at beginning of sides...sounds better as record plays on...still sounds great! Gatefold cover is in VERY GOOD condition with some wear at corners, some edgewear, has 2-inch splits at top and bottom right corners on back panel, two horizontal wear lines across front cover, ringwear on backside, stain on outer left and right of innerfold and some general surface wear from storage. All vinyl albums are shipped in protective cardboard mailers with cardboard flats and bubble wrap for safe shipping.
